AGREEMENT, dated as of December [ ], 2016 (this “Lease”), is entered into by and between Zions Bank, a division of ZB, National Association, a national banking association duly organized and validly existing under the laws of the United States, acting solely in its capacity as trustee under the hereinafter defined Indenture (the “Trustee”), as lessor, and the State of Colorado, acting by and through the Colorado Department of Transportation (“CDOT”), as lessee.
