This Participant Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into and is effective as of the date Participant accepts this Agreement (the “Effective Date”), and is between Bee County Board of REALTORS®, Inc., (“BCBR”), a Texas corporation having its principal offices at 1115 San Jacinto Blvd, Suite 200, Austin, TX 78701 and the undersigned individual principal real estate broker and/or real estate brokerage firm and/or appraiser, more fully described on the signature page hereof, having its principal offices at the address as set forth on the signature page hereof as may be changed from time to time (“Participant”).
