This Cargo Aircraft Services Agreement, (hereinafter, together with the Annexes attached hereto the “Agreement”) made and entered into as of this __ day of August, 2010, is by and between WORLD AIRWAYS, INC., a Delaware corporation whose principal place of business is HLH Building, 101 World Drive, Peachtree City, Georgia 30269 USA (hereinafter referred to as “WORLD”) and Jade Cargo International with offices at Shenzhen Airlines Flight Operation Building, Baoan International Airport, 518128 Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, People’s Republic of China (herein after referred to as “CUSTOMER”). In consideration of the mutual covenants, agreements, terms and conditions hereinafter set forth and incorporated herein by reference, WORLD and CUSTOMER agree as follows:
