INFORMATION] (“Lessor”), by and through its management company, The Habitat Company LLC (“Manager”), relating to that certain residential unit (the “Premises”) located in (the “Community”), and (hereinafter referred to as “Lessee”, whether one or more persons), and hereby modifies and is incorporated into that certain Apartment Lease Agreement of same date herewith (the “Lease”). All rights of Lessor contained in the Lease may be exercised by Manager on behalf of Lessor. All capitalized terms contained herein and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings set forth in the Lease.
