FiledAugust 30th, 2023Early Intervention Service (EIS) providers include all non-governmental entities or individuals with a current South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services provider agreement for the provision of services through the state’s IDEA/Part C system. Reimbursements will be made only for services provided in accordance with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and guidelines, including those outlined in the IDEA/Part C policy and procedure manual and written in an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).
