Insofar as the Critical Research Corporation (“Data Processor”) will be processing personal data on behalf of a data controller (“Data Controller”) in the course of performing CRC Services, the terms of this Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) shall apply. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this DPA shall have the meaning given to them in the Agreement. In the event of a conflict between any provisions of the Agreement for CRC Services (the “Agreement”) and this DPA, the provisions of this DPA shall govern and control with regard to the processing of personal data.
