The “Parents” of the aforementioned Tenants, become binding participants of this Lease Agreement and share all responsibilities of said Lease. Only after default or breach of contract by aforementioned Tenants, does the burden rest with the “Parents” of said Tenants. The foregoing constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and may be modified only in writing signed by the parties.
