THIS REAL ESTATE EXCHANGE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into on this day of , 2015 (the “Effective Date”), by and between CENTRAL OHIO TRANSIT AUTHORITY (“COTA”), whose mailing address is 33 North High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215 and the CITY OF DUBLIN, OHIO, an Ohio municipal corporation (the “City”), whose mailing address is 5200 Emerald Parkway, Dublin, Ohio 43017. The City and COTA may hereinafter be referred to individually as a “Party”, or collectively as the “Parties”.
