This SYSTEM SITE LEASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of June 12, 2017 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Aligned Digester Co, LLC, a California limited liability company (“Lessee”), and Double Diamond Dairy & Ranch a partnership between Mike and Wendy Vander Dussen (“Lessor”). Each of Lessor and Lessee are sometimes referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
