Only an Owner or a tenant may rent the Pool and must be in good standing with all dues current at time of application. Tenants renting the Pool facilities must have approval from the owner of the home. Use of the Pool for commercial purposes is prohibited except as may be specifically approved by the Board of Directors. Owners are responsible for all actions of their guests, their tenants and the guests of their tenants. Owners are required to sign this Agreement if their tenants rent the Pool.
