Wallace Ave., Suite 101, Bozeman, Montana 59715, and its successors and assigns (hereinafter referred to as “Grantee”); and with a right of enforcement to the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (“United States”), acting by and through the United States Department of Agriculture (“USDA”) Natural Resources Conservation Service (“NRCS”) on behalf of the Commodity Credit Corporation (“CCC”).
