This letter is a request from the North Central Washington Forest Health Collaborative (NCWFHC) to the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest (OWNF) to jointly develop a collaborative engagement Agreement for the Chumstick to Lower Peshastin Restoration Project (Chumstick-to-LP). We believe there is a need to create a well-defined project-level Agreement (see attached working draft Agreement Matrix) to help us support the work of NEPA contractors and District staff.
