These Standard Terms and Conditions (i) apply to all In-Shop Repair work performed and products sold by Tampa Armature Works, Inc. a Florida corporation, and its subsidiaries, parents, and affiliates (collectively, the “Seller”), and (ii) together with any cover sheets, quotations, exhibits and/or schedules are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Agreement.” To the extent any conflict exists among the provisions of the documents constituting the Agreement, the provisions of these Standard Terms and Conditions shall govern, control and prevail such that any conflicting provision shall not apply.
