THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Williamson County, a political subdivision of the State of Texas (the “County”), and both the Sam Bass Fire Department (“SBFD”) and Williamson County Emergency Services District #2 (“ESD#2”) (collectively the “Fire Department”), for establishing housing of County Emergency Medical Services Ambulance and Personnel in the Sam Bass Fire Department Station, which is owned Emergency Services District #2 (“ESD#2”) and operated by SBFD. The County and the Fire Department are referred to collectively herein as the “Parties,” or individually as a “Party.”
