This Agreement represents the full and complete understanding reached by and between the parties at the conclusion of the Meet and Confer negotiations, which concluded on November 20, 2019, regarding the revision of the Department Operations Manual (DOM) Sections 31060.10, 32020.6, 32020.6.1, 32020.7, 32020.7.2, 32020.8 and 32020.10.3. This Agreement becomes an Addendum to the current State Bargaining Unit 6 Memorandum of Understanding, Article 27, Section 27.01, which expires on July 2, 2020.
