This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for use of the Husky MasterCard® Fleet Card Cards ("Cards") and the account established in connection with the Cards ("Account") operated by FleetCor Commercial Card Management (Canada), Ltd. ("FleetCor"). FleetCor and its agents, suppliers and contractors are sometimes hereafter referred to collectively as "Operator", "us" or "we". Execution of any application form referencing this Agreement and/or use of the Account and any of the Cards constitutes acceptance of this Agreement and any subsequent use following any future changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of any changes made to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. "Customer" means the business for which the Account has been established (also referred to as "you" in this Agreement).
