Terms and Conditions made effective between by offer and acceptance of a purchase order (the "Purchase Order") between Academy, Ltd., a Texas limited partnership with its principal offices at 1800 North Mason Road, Katy, Texas 77449 USA as the buyer (“Academy”) and the vendor as the seller (“Vendor”) of merchandise described below. For convenience, the terms and conditions set forth herein, together with the Appendices and any documents identified below or referenced herein (all of which, in addition to the terms set forth in the Purchase Order, are collectively referred to as the "Agreement") have been made available at the Academy’s Vendor Information Exchange website, http://vendor.academy.com/ and adopted by reference in the Purchase Order. As part of the Purchase Order, this Agreement becomes effective simultaneously with the effectiveness of the Purchase Order (the Effective Date).
