By signing below, I acknowledge that the HPx360 computer and its components listed above are the sole property of Modesto City Schools. I will take particular care of this computer and its component parts while they are in my possession. I understand this equipment is being loaned to me while currently enrolled in Modesto City Schools. This computer is for educational use only by the Modesto City Schools student to whom the unit is issued and must be immediately returned to the school of attendance upon disenrollment, or at the request of the school. This computer may not be transferred by the student identified above to any other person. No alterations may be made to the operating system of the device for any reason: e.g. student may not delete any programs and/or software currently installed. The cost to replace the HPx360 and its components is $545.00.
