This AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of 2020, and becomes effective on January 1, 2021, by and between CACHE COUNTY (the “COUNTY”), and HYRUM CITY (the “CITY”), both bodies corporate and politic of the State of Utah. The COUNTY and the CITY may be each be referred to individually herein as a Party and collectively herein as the Parties.
