Notes: This amendment shows there will not be any funds being paid out under the contract than the amendment 1 Measure I funds of $195,000. STPL funds of $5,895,000 will be obligated by Caltrans and directly reimbursed to Caltrans and will not go through SANBAG books. $665,834 in Toll Credit will be applied to obtain 100% STP funding. The $195,000 was already included in the 09/10 budget
