This Hotspot Hosting Agreement (this "Agreement") take effect as of the date you take possession of the Helium Hotspot (the "Effective Date") provided by Helium Connection and contains the terms and conditions upon which Helium Connection will provide by no upfront cost a Hotspot to Host. In this Agreement, "Host" means the individual, company, or entity that has entered into this Agreement with Helium Connection; "HC" means Helium Connection.; and "party" and "parties" means Host and/or Helium Connection, as the context requires.
