This Grant Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the State of Oregon, acting by and through its Criminal Justice Commission, hereafter referred to as “CJC,” and Tillamook County, hereinafter referred to as “Grantee,” and collectively referred to as the “Parties.” This Agreement shall become effective on the later of July 1, 2021 or the date when this Agreement is fully executed and approved as required by applicable law.
