Below is a rental request and agreement that will need to be signed and delivered to management and will require a $250 holding deposit if you are a Rec Center Member. An additional fee will be required if you are not a Rec Center member. Signed agreement and payment shall be delivered to the clubhouse manager, and checks should be written to Crystal Springs HOA.
