Please read this End User Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully. This Agreement is a legal document that details your rights and obligations as a user of the T4 software, system, applications, websites, online services, and products (including the API for the T4 software and system) (collectively, the “System”) provided to you by Cunningham Trading Systems, LLC (“CTS”) and your participating financial institution (“PFI”). You cannot use the System until you have accepted the terms of this Agreement. CTS reserves the right to update or revise this Agreement from time to time and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the System or the Website. If you do not accept the terms of this Agreement or any changes proposed by CTS, your only remedy is to discontinue using the System. You agree that CTS and PFI may rely on your acceptance of this Agreement as if you had manually signed it. LICENSE.
