THIS SNYK MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is effective as of the date of execution of any Order Form (“Effective Date”) referencing this Agreement and signed by the purchasing entity (“Customer”). This Agreement is entered into by and between Customer and either SNYK, INC., a company incorporated in Delaware, having an office at 100 Summer Street, 7th Floor, Boston, MA 02110 if Customer is located in the United States; or SNYK LIMITED, a company incorporated in England and Wales (No. 09677925), having its registered office at Suite 4, 7th Floor, 50 Broadway, London, SW1H 0DB United Kingdom if Customer is located in any other country (email address for legal notices: legal@snyk.io) (“Snyk”).
