By attending an event at Segra Park, the ticket holder (“Holder”), on behalf of himself/herself and on behalf of any minor child / children accompanying Holder to the event (“Minor(s)”), agrees to the following terms and conditions. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of South Carolina. Holder is solely responsible for reading and understanding this agreement.
