The general purpose of this Agreement is to establish mutually satisfactory relations between the Employer and its employees, to provide machinery for the prompt and equitable disposition of grievances, to establish and maintain satisfactory working conditions consistent with the Human Rights Code, hours and wages for all employees who are subject to the provisions of this Agreement. Furthermore, the Employer and the Union mutually agree to ensure that a respectful relationship is maintained at all times.
