Limbury, whose contact details appear in the schedule, (“the mediator”) to help them resolve it. The mediator is accredited as a mediator by the World Intellectual Property Organization, the National Arbitration Forum (intellectual property panel), ADR Chambers International, ADR Group, the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia, LEADR (advanced panel) and the Law Society of New South Wales (specialist accredited mediators panel).
