This agreement is made this 1st day of July 2007 by and between The Ergonomic Group with an office at 2234 Silas Deane Highway 2nd Floor, Rocky Hill CT 06067 (hereinafter the “Contractor”) and the Board for State Academic Awards (consisting of Charter Oak State College and the Connecticut Distance Learning Consortium) with principle offices located at 55 Paul J. Manafort Drive, New Britain CT 06053 (hereinafter “BSAA”).
