The general purposeof this Agreement is to establish and main- tain collective bargaining relations betweenthe Hospital and the nurses covered by this Agreement; to providefor on-going means of communication between the Association and the Hospitaland the prompt dispositionof grievances and the final settlement of disputes and to establish and maintain mutually satisfactory salaries, hours of work and other conditions of employment in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
