This Contract (“Contract”) is by and between ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (the “COUNTY”) and GROUPWARE TECHNOLOGIES, INC., a for-profit corporation authorized to do business in the State of Florida, whose Federal Employer Identification Number is 39-1777873 (the “CONTRACTOR”). This Contract is subject to change based on guidance from the Federal Awarding Agency. Both the COUNTY and the CONTRACTOR may be hereafter referred to individually as “party” or collectively as “parties.”
