This project consists of the purchase or construction of a new seasonally installed ice skating rink located on the Tahoe City Golf Course property. The proposed ice rink is planned to be 50’ x 80’ and of modular construction meaning it can be expanded in the future. Additionally, the project includes permanent underground installation of water and electrical support infrastructure to the proposed ice rink location and additional related improvements and amenities.
