This Agreement is entered into this day of February, 2021 (“Effective Date”) by and between the City of Richland (“City”), a Washington municipal corporation located at 625 Swift Blvd. Richland, WA 99352, and Intermountain Materials Testing & Geotechnical (“Consultant”), a Washington for-profit corporation with service at 2301 N Commercial Avenue, Pasco, WA. City and Consultant are referred to individually herein as a “Party” and collectively herein as the “Parties.”
