The Salina Airport Authority (the “Sponsor”), agrees to retain the firm of Jviation, A Woolpert Company, LLC (the “Engineer”) to perform the scope of engineering services as outlined below at the Salina Regional Airport (the “Site”). The term of this Base Agreement (the “Agreement”) shall become effective upon execution by the parties and will remain in effect for one (1) year or as terminated in accordance with the terms below.
