The Program provides incentives for the installation of certain energy efficiency measures in single-family residential homes by an approved Participating Contractor, in accordance with the following Program requirements. This Contractor Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) describes the Program and contains the terms and conditions all Participating Contractors must comply with in order to participate in the Program.
