Franchise agreement is an agreement made in the form of a standard agreement, between the Franchisor and Franchisee. Prospective Franchisees can only choose to accept or reject the agreement (take it or leave it) without participating in determining its contents. The research method used is normative juridical. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the three agreements are legally valid, regardless of the contents of the contract which is considered unbalanced by one of the parties, this cannot be used as a reason for requesting the cancellation of the contract, because if the parties have agreed in this case to agree to the contract (take it) and sign the consequences must be borne, unless there is fraud and oversight, so that the other party gets a wrong or wrong understanding about the contract. So that the good faith of both parties is needed in this matter.
