General: Acceptance of merchandise to consign is at the discretion of Hello Again (HA). The Consignor affirms they are the owner of all goods to consign with HA and has the legal right to enter into this Consignor agreement. HA agrees to place the Consignor’s furniture, home décor, and artwork in the store for sale within a reasonable time and as space permits. HA retains the right to accept or decline any merchandise for consignment for any reason. We only accept items free of stains, holes, and odors. All mechanical items must be in working condition.
