THIS AGREEMENT made on this day of December, 2009 between the City of Rapid City, 300 Sixth Street, Rapid City, South Dakota 57701, hereinafter referred to as OWNER, and Alta Planning & Design, 711 SE Grand Avenue Portland, OR 97214, hereinafter referred to as CONSULTANT. This project will encompass the preparation of the Rapid City Area Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan for the Rapid City Area Metropolitan Planning Organization.
