The Council owns Bede Park, Leicester (“the Park”) and wishes to have a funfair provided at the Park on 6th & 7th June 2015 (“the Date”) for the Leicester Riverside Festival (“the Event”) and the Contractor agrees to provide a funfair at the Park in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions.
