Subject to court approval, this Class Action Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Isaiah Harris, individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated (collectively, “Plaintiffs”), and Defendant Austal USA LLC (hereinafter, “Austal” or “Defendant(s)”).
