THIS AMENDMENT is entered into as of this 17th day of May, 2022, by and between City of Alpharetta, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, (hereinafter referred to as the “Subgrantee”) and the Atlanta Regional Commission, (hereinafter referred to as “ARC”).
