AGREEMENT made BETWEEN the Town Council of Totton and Eling in the Administrative County of Hampshire (thereafter called the Council) of the one part and the undersigned (hereafter called the tenant) of the other part. WHEREBY the Council agree to let and the tenant agreed to take the above allotment plot at a calendar yearly rent of £3.00 per rod for 2010, £3.15 per rod for 2011, £3.31 per rod for 2012, £3.48 per rod for 2013, £3.65 per rod for 2014, unless the tenant in a particular year is in receipt of Housing Benefit, Council Tax Benefit, State Pension or in Full Time Education when the cost shall be £2.50 per rod for 2010,
