This Wholesale Water Contract ("Contract") is made and entered into this day of , 2022, by and between the City of Forney, Texas, a municipal corporation in Kaufman County, Texas, acting under the laws of the State of Texas (hereinafter called the "City"), and High Point Special Utility District (hereinafter called “High Point”) (collectively, the “Parties”). This Contract supersedes all Wholesale Water Contracts that may have been previously entered into by and between the parties prior to the date indicated above: This Contract is an interlocal contract, as that term is used in Tex. Gov’t Code, Chapter 791.
