This Intergovernmental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 18th day of January, 2023, by and between the Cities of Glendale, Avondale, Buckeye, El Mirage, Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Peoria, Surprise, Tolleson, Wickenburg, and Youngtown, each individual Arizona municipal corporations respectively. Participating Cities and their respective municipal courts will be referred to individually in this Agreement as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
