The individual named below (hereinafter referred to as “I” or “me”) desires to participate in the soccer programs, events, and activities of Super Y League, LLC (hereinafter, the “Company”) and its affiliates, specifically including, but not limited to, the Super Y League Regular Season, North American Finals, Regional Scouting Series, and USL Experience (the “Activities”). As lawful consideration for being permitted by the Company to participate in the Activities, I agree to all the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement (hereinafter, the “Agreement”).
