These terms and conditions (“Contract for Services”, “this Contract”) shall govern the relationship between Ocean Healthcare (“We”, “Us”) and You, during any period when You, a Member, are working on an Assignment. No contract shall exist between Us and You between Assignments. It is a condition of Membership that You read and fully understand this Contract. We will be pleased to clarify any points You do not understand.
