This Agreement becomes effective on the date the Equipment is delivered to Lessee as set forth below and will continue for an initial term of months (the “Initial Term”). Lessee may terminate this Lease upon 30 days written notice to Lessor. Provided, however, in the event Lessee terminates this Lease prior to the end of the Initial Term, Lessee will be liable for all remaining rental payments which shall be due and payable through the end of the Initial Term. After the Initial Term, this Lease shall continue on a month-to-month basis until Lessee gives Lessor 30 days written notice of termination.
