This Amendment Agreement No. 5 (“Amendment”) is made between the Great Lakes Water Authority, a municipal authority and public body corporate (“GLWA”), and the Charter Township of Harrison, a municipal corporation (“Customer”). GLWA and Customer are collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
