By using your Sunova Business Platinum Mastercard, you agree to the following terms and conditions which form part of the Cardholder Agreement between you and us. In these terms and conditions, “you” and “your” means the Business, the Primary Cardholder and/or Joint Cardholders and “we”, “our” and “us” means Sunova Credit Union (Sunova). Unless a term is otherwise defined herein, definitions contained in the Cardholder Agreement apply to these terms and conditions.
