A Head Agreement between the Queensland Reconstruction Authority (Authority) and Scenic Rim Regional Council has been prepared by the Authority. This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which the Authority will enter into project specific arrangements to provide funding for specific projects to Council if Council is successful for funding under Authority controlled Programs.
